“I have always grown up with an animal of some sort in the house, a home just doesn't feel the same without one.  I think this fed the dream of one day working with them, so when the opportunity came along with Iwalkurdogs I couldn't believe it, a job that included two of my favourite things, the outdoors and animals, so needless to say….I jumped at the chance, and haven’t looked back.

What I love most about being outside with the dogs is seeing how happy they are; whether it’s chasing a ball, playing with their friends or just pootling along next to me.  I am convinced you can actually see them smiling.

I currently have two cats and dog called Digby, who is such a lovely boy that am sure people only stay friends with us to see him!

I can’t wait to meet you and your pets and taking them out for some fun.”

Angela Ross

My name is Angela and I am thrilled to be the newest member of the team!

I had my first dog before I was 10 years old and we have had dogs in our family ever since. At present my partner and I have 3 rescue cats as due to work commitments we are unable to have a dog so this is why the job suits me so much. I have experience with a variety of breeds and have aided in the re-homing of unwanted dogs and cats through a large network of contacts. I like to attend dog shows and learn more about dog behaviour, breeds and the biology of animals and have a very good relationship with our local vet."

"I am a firm believer in positive reward based training and have wanted to work with animals for many years. We are very fortunate to live in such an area of outstanding beauty with wonderful walks/trails for the dogs and humans to enjoy, nothing better than being at one with nature.

I look forward to meeting you and your dogs and I am very excited to see the dogs enjoying themselves!"

"I have had an affinity with animals ever since I can remember, my mum says when I was little if a dog came running towards me, unlike most children they might run away I would run towards the dog and get greeted with a big slobbery kiss which made my day! I have walked many dogs for  friends and neighbours and I love nothing better than being outdoors with my wellies on and walking with my dogs.

I have done a two year level 3 animal management diploma at Merrist Wood College which was great as I got to learn about many different aspects of animals and spend time  with them every day! I have also done a short course in dog grooming and behaviour as part of my diploma which was great! I now groom and cut my own dog Izzy who is a 22 month old Havanese who is in my picture with me. I had been begging my parents for a dog since I can remember and it paid off as years later they finally let me get one! She's my best friend and can always put a smile on my face.

As well as having rabbits and hamsters I have also just got a Tropical fish tank which is really exciting and I can just sit there looking at them as they're so relaxing. My house wouldn't be the same without animals!

I am so excited to join the dog walking world as it has always been my dream to do dog walking and grooming.
Now I will get to look after your precious doggies all day which is a dream come true. I can't wait to meet you all and your lovely dogs and have loads of fun! "
